In the event that any user who operates the software as permitted under this agreement (including, if you are a IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. for business customer, your authorized users) makes a complaint or claim based on the tracking or collection of data in accordance with this section, you agree that you are solely responsible for addressing any such complaints or claims. Other information collected may be names, addresses, email addresses and other contact information from your company employees and officers needed for the provisioning of your accounts for use with IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. services. This data will be stored on IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. servers. This information is not disclosed to any third party and remains encrypted in a secure environment. We do not sell, rent or lease your internal customer data to others, which is also stored in a secure environment in an encrypted format.

IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. works tirelessly to protect your personal information from misuse, unauthorized access or alteration and loss. We utilize industry-recognized security safeguards such as Socket Layer Technology (SSL) encryption, password protection, firewalls, anti-virus software and PCI compliance to protect your personal data.

This website and IRIS software have these security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All user credit card information is securely communicated using secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure point-of-sale / Ecommerce transactions and data transmission. All user information stored on our servers remains in encrypted format in a secure environment. Notwithstanding these efforts, we caution you that "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet, therefore the absolute security of data transfer and electronic data storage can not be guaranteed. IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. is excluded from all direct or indirect liability and losses of your personal information or data from use of the IRIS software.

This includes but is not limited to punitive damages, lost profits, service unavailability, lost information, etc. We adhere to strict policies concerning the privacy and security of our customers' information. When you register or submit a membership agreement on our web site, we support encryption of your information as it is transmitted to us and we have adopted leading industry privacy guidelines. We do not share your personally identifiable information with outside companies for their promotional use. All employees of IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. are thoroughly screened, trained and monitored for suspicious activity. Employees are required to uphold all internal security practices at all times. Your IRIS software system is protected by a password. As your data is primarily stored in the "Cloud", it is mandatory that you put forth your best efforts to protect your account against unauthorized access. Strong passwords are required and enforced by IRIS software in compliance with PCI guidelines. Frequent password changes are also required by the IRIS system.

Each IRIS account holder is responsible for the security of their password by keeping it confidential and safe. IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for this information or its possible misuse due to negligence. If the possibility arises that a password may have been compromised or misused, it is the sole responsibility of the account holder or password owner to either:

A; Notify IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. immediately for assistance.
B; Disable the suspect user account in the IRIS software.

You are required to "log out" of IRIS software daily after usage is complete. IRIS software provides built-in inactivity monitors that will disconnect you from the software system after 20 minutes of no activity ( unless changed under security setting by the end user ). To further enhance security, all IRIS software system files are obfuscated internally to protect source code from decompilation or reverse engineering.

"Cookies" are small text files which store certain information about your activity on this website and are stored on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information. We use cookies to identify prior visitors from you, the customer, so that you do not have to re-enter information. This includes but is not limited to punitive damages, lost profits, injuries, death, service unavailability, copyright infringement, lost or inaccurate information, etc. Each customer understands that there are certain risks associated with the use of any software application and that IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. does not guarantee that issues can not arise.

Each member understands that all communication, order data and customer satisfaction are the responsibility of the registered member. IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any disputes between individual customers and/or its members. IRIS software operates "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind. IRIS / IFN Enterprises, Inc. policies are governed by the laws given by the state of New York.
